Your data privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy is stated to let you be fully informed about collection, processing and use of personal data on our website.

2. Collection of system data for statistical purposes
By accessing our website your browser automatically sends system data to our webserver for statistical purposes. These are the names of the file, date and time of loading, size of data, confirmation of successful loading, the web browser used and the requesting domain. In additional, the IP address of the requesting computers are listed. These data will be stored separately from any other data that you may enter while using our web services. There will be no link to data that allows the identification of an individual person. The data will be recorded to ensure security of the system and for statistical and anonymous evaluation and will be deleted afterwards.

3. Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data will only be collected and processed as you make them available for us while using our website by:

The type of transferred personal data depends on the respective entry form used to get in contact with us. Your personal data will be used and stored for the following internal use and purposes:

3.1. Information on using the contact form
When you contact us using the online form it requires your first and last name and your e-mail address. We only use this information to process your enquiry.
3.2. Legal basis for processing of your data
The legal basis for the processing of your data is governed by the Data Protection Act 2018 (EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); regulation EU 2016/679). Your data will be stored for the duration of the validity of your consent or until the purpose is fulfilled. After that the data will be deleted, if there are no other legal obligations for storage of the data. We will not use your data for profiling or automatic decision making.
3.3. Duration of storage of your data
Your data will be stored with us for the duration of your consent or until the end of a booked purpose. After this, your data will be deleted if there were no other legal obligations to continue to store these data.
3.4. Processing for automated decision making or profiling
We will not use your data for automatic decision-making processes or for profiling.

4. Transfer of data
The transfer of your data is encoded. Unauthorised access through a third person is therefore very difficult. Your data will only be disclosed for temporary storage to trusted external service providers. Further transfer of personal data will only be possible with your consent unless there is a legal obligation. When external service providers have access to personal data, we insist upon legal, technical and organisational measures to comply with data protection rules.

5. Cookies
Our website uses “Cookies” that are designed to make our web presence more user friendly, more effective and secure, e.g. to accelerate the navigation on our platform. Cookies enable us to analyse the general navigation and the frequency of access to sites. Cookies are small text files, which will be stored on your computer system. We inform you in advance that some of these cookies will be transferred from our server to your computer system, most of them are “session cookies” which will be deleted from your hard drive after the end of your browser session. Other cookies stay in your computer system and enable us to recognise your computer system on your next visit (so called permanent cookies). You can always reject cookies if your browser allows this.

6. Application of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analyses service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files that will be stored on your computer and enable us to analysis the use of our website. The information created by the cookie on your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to do reports on website activities for website users and to provide services connected to website use and use of internet. Google might transfer this information to a third party if it is legally required or if this third person works with this data upon request by Google. Google will not connect your IP address with other data at Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies through an application in your browser software. Please be advised that you will not be able to use all application of this website entirely. By using this website, you give your consent to the processing of your data by Google in the ways and for the purposes mentioned above. You can disable the collection and storage of data. You can find our contact address to request this in section 1 above. You can alternatively use the deactivating add-on of Google Analytics (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) if it is available for your browser.

7. Data processing by YouTube
Our website includes embedded YouTube videos. We only facilitate the connection to YouTube. YouTube is a service by Google Inc. The purpose and extent of data collection and use through Google as well as your rights and security applications as YouTube client can be found in the Data Protection Policy of YouTube http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy.

8. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites. We do not have any influence on the providers or their data protection policy.
We are responsible for our own content based on common laws. Our content has to be distinguished from links to content of other service providers. We are not responsible for foreign content that can be accessed through links on our website.
The service provider of the linked site with illegal, incorrect or incomplete content is liable for the damages resulting from use or non-use of the presented information.

9. Your rights concerning personal data
According to The Data Protection Act 2018 and the Information Commissioner’s Office, you have the right to information free of charge regarding your stored personal data and, where applicable, correction, blocking or deletion of this data. If legal retention obligations apply, we will limit your data for further processing, so that it cannot be used for the purposes mentioned above.
Furthermore, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data stored with us in digital form.
You can withdraw you consent to storage and processing of your data anytime. In this case we will delete your data immediately or block the data that cannot be deleted for legal reasons or limit the processing.

If you think that your data is not processed according to the data protection laws at EPRALIMA, you have a right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

10. Data security
Your personal data will be encrypted using SSL over the Internet. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
Please be aware that current data protection rules and the form these rules are applied (i.e. with Google) may change. We therefore recommend to regularly check data protection regulations for any changes. It has to be noted that the confidentiality of emails and other forms of electronic communication cannot be fully guaranteed on the Internet.
